We made our Iced Coffee by mixing freshly brewed coffee with rich and creamy half-and-half, then sired it with liquid nitrogen until it achieved a milkshake consistency. And if that wasn't enough to get your taste buds tingling, we added the guests choice of Baileys, Kahlua or Chocolate Liqueur. It was delicious and visually cool to watch with the clouds of smoke emanating from the mixing of the concoction. We topped the whole thing off with a Praline Cookie and the station was a huge hit.
